Peter Buell has owned and operated his own businesses for nearly 40 years, with experience spanning hospitality, logistics, and the Texas retail electricity market. His deep operational background and decades of entrepreneurial leadership bring a practical, founder's perspective to every investment Waterwood evaluates. Peter's family has roots in oil and gas spanning more than 100 years, originally through a drilling company that evolved into McBee Oil — today primarily a working interest investment company.

Clayton Isom started his first company upon graduating college and has spent his career in real estate development, asset management, and hospitality — including building and selling a full-scale hotel company. He works alongside Peter in the Texas retail electricity business, combining operating experience with a disciplined approach to capital deployment. Clayton's family founded Stephens & Johnson in the 1960s, an E&P company based in Wichita Falls that continues to operate today.

Fayyaz graduated from the University of Houston in 1999 with a degree in Finance and began his career in risk management on Tractebel’s natural gas and power trading floor. He later joined ConocoPhillips in trading before becoming Director of Natural Gas Storage Trading at Buckeye Partners. That experience led him to co‑found Discount Power in 2014. In 2021, he co‑founded IronHorse Power Services, where he supports developers, property managers, and tenant‑occupied electricity markets across Texas.

David Garcia is a Texas energy executive focused on ERCOT market risk, portfolio strategy, and real‑time decision frameworks.
